  2. Quality Concerns: In the unlikely event of a defective product or a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect design, incorrect size, or faulty materials), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
  3. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or there was an error in the customization process.
  4. Order Confirmation: It is your responsibility to verify that all details, including but not limited to text, design, colors, and size, are correct before finalizing your order. Once the order is confirmed and processed, we cannot make changes or offer refunds.
